Adult Co-Ed Small Group Personal Training
In this setting, 6-7 adults train together in a group. In this 50 minute session, we cover mobility and power, general strength work and coach’s choice of accessory work, a finisher or conditioning. We work through a 4 week block, repeating exercises so we can build strength within each lift and master technique. Our goal is to build strong adults for life. We choose joint friendly exercises to maximize strength and minimize injury.
January Schedule:
Monday 6-6:50am Wednesday 6-6:50am Friday 12-12:50pm
4- Week Membership Options:
1x/week: Perfect for maintaining consistency, building bone density, staying athletic and incorporating strength training alongside a busy lifestyle.
$140/4 weeks. Auto renews until cancelled.
2x/week: Ideal for those looking to accelerate their progress and results.
$260/4 weeks. Auto renews until cancelled.
Newbie Pass:
If you're interested in trying out some workouts without the long term commitment, we are offering a 3 Session Newbie Pass. This pass will allow you to book 3 Adult Small Group Training Classes (Co-ed or Women's Only) for $75. You will have 30 days to use this pass. This is a one-time offer only for new members.

Ladies- Only Small Group Personal Training
In this setting, 6-7 women train together in a group. In this 50 minute session, we cover mobility and power, breath and core reconnection, general strength work and accessory work. We work through a 4 week block, repeating exercises so we can build strength within each lift and master technique. Our goal is to build women’s confidence in the gym and provide a space where women can encourage other women to be their strongest self.
January Schedule:
Tuesday: 7-7:50, 9:15-10:05, 12-12:50pm. Thursday: 7-7:50, 9:15-10:05, 12-12:50pm

Personal Training
Personal training is offered for those who enjoy training by themselves with undivided attention from their coach. Each client goes through an assessment and is coached in a 1-on-1 setting. These coaching-intensive training sessions typically last 60 minutes and programs are completely custom to help you meet your personal goals. *Currently full through March 2026. Personalized Remote Online Training
For those clients who travel frequently, live in Central Florida seasonally, or live in a different part of the country, our remote online training program is a great option. A personalized training program is delivered through an app, complete with videos so there is no confusion on what to do or how to perform an exercise. Unlimited communication with the coach is included and encouraged in order to maximize results.
