Small Group Adult Training
In this setting, 6-8 adults train together in a group. In this 45 minute session, we cover mobility and power, general strength work and coach’s choice of accessory work, a finisher or conditioning. We work through a 4 week block, repeating exercises so we can build strength within each lift and master technique. Our goal is to build strong adults for life.
Women’s Only Adult Training Group
In this setting, up to 6 women train together in a group. In this 45 minute session, we cover mobility and power, breath and core reconnection, general strength work and accessory work. We work through a 4 week block, repeating exercises so we can build strength within each lift and master technique. Our goal is to build women’s confidence in the gym and provide a space where women can encourage other women to be their strongest self.
Adult Online Training Team

Semi-Private Adult Training
Semi-private training begins with an assessment, which then guides the program that is individualized for each client. Adults execute their program in sessions with a maximum client-to-coach ratio of 3:1 to give each person ample attention and coaching. Sessions last 50 minutes.
Personal Training
Personal training is offered for those who enjoy training by themselves with undivided attention from their coach. Each client goes through an assessment and is coached in a 1-on-1 setting. These coaching-intensive training sessions typically last 60 minutes and programs are completed custom to help you meet your personal goals.
Personalized Remote Online Training
For those clients who travel frequently, live in Central Florida seasonally, or live in a different part of the country, our remote online training program is a great option. A personalized training program is delivered through an app, complete with videos so there is no confusion on what to do or how to perform an exercise. Unlimited communication with the coach is included and encouraged in order to maximize results.
